Spiro India

Spiro India is over in Shakarpur, specifically on the ground floor at G-65. Being on the ground floor is quite nice because we don't have to deal with any elevators or stairs when we are moving things in and out. Shakarpur is a bit of a crowded area with narrow streets and lots of small businesses squeezed together. Our shop is just one of many, but we have our own spot where we handle all our Spiro India work. The room is mostly filled with inventory boxes and a couple of desks for the computers. We keep the door open sometimes to let in a bit of air, though the street noise can be quite loud. There is a small tea stall just a few doors down where we get our morning chai. The lighting inside is just regular fluorescent tubes, which makes everything look a bit bright and sharp. We spend our time checking orders and making sure things are packed up for delivery. It’s a bit messy at times because we have so much stuff coming through, but we manage to find what we need. The neighbors are mostly other small business owners, so there’s always someone to chat with if things get quiet. It is just a regular, working-class spot where we put in our hours every day and try to keep things moving along. We usually keep a small radio on the shelf to listen to music while we work.
