Spartan Gym And Fitness

I’ve been working here at Spartan Gym And Fitness for a bit now. We are located in Block D/1, on the first floor in Acharya Niketan. If you know where the Reliance Fresh is in Mayur Vihar Phase 1, we are basically right above it. You just have to find the stairs and come up. It's not a huge place, but we have enough machines and free weights to get things done. The area gets pretty crowded in the evenings because of the market, so parking your bike can be a little annoying sometimes. We see a lot of local guys coming in before they go to their jobs or after they finish for the day. It’s mostly just people from the neighborhood trying to stay in shape. The music is usually playing, and it gets a bit loud when it’s busy. We don’t really have any fancy decorations or anything like that. It’s just a regular gym where you come to sweat. Some of the equipment has been here a while but it works fine. We try to keep things clean, though it’s hard when so many people are coming through during the rush hours. If you live around Mayur Vihar and need a place that isn't too complicated, you can just stop by and see the space for yourself. We are usually around from early morning until quite late at night.
