Sparta Foundation

You can find us in Shakarpur at H-30C, on the second floor. We are right near Aruna Park, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find the building. Shakarpur is a very crowded and busy part of Delhi, so there is always a lot going on right outside our door. The office itself is quite small and can get a bit stuffy in the summer, but we have a couple of fans that keep the air moving. We work as a foundation, handling various projects that come our way. It’s mostly paperwork, phone calls, and the occasional meeting with people from the area. The building is a bit old, and the stairs are a bit steep, so you have to be careful coming up. We have some mismatched furniture that we’ve gathered over time, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint. It doesn't look like a corporate headquarters, because it isn't. It’s just a place where we come to work every day. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background to drown out some of the street noise. There is a small tea shop on the corner where we get our morning chai. It’s a very basic setup, but it serves our purposes. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who have been working together for a while. It’s a honest, hardworking environment without any frills. We usually close up around seven in the evening once everything is sorted.
