Social Guardian Foundation

Social Guardian Foundation is based out of room 109 in Madhuban Tower. You can find us right at Madhuban Chowk in the Veer Savarkar Block. It’s a pretty central spot in East Delhi, so there is always a lot of traffic and people moving about outside. We spend most of our time dealing with community issues and trying to help folks who walk through the door. The office is often full of folders and notes from various projects we've got going on. It’s not the biggest space, but it works for what we need to do. We don’t really go in for big speeches or fancy logos, we just try to be useful to the neighborhood. Some days are slower than others, but usually, there's a phone ringing or someone stopping by to ask a question. Working in a tower block means we have neighbors all around us, which keeps things interesting. The elevators can be slow during lunch hours, so we often take the stairs. We've been at this address, 110092, for a while now and most local shopkeepers know where we are. It’s a grounded kind of place. We keep our coffee mugs on the desks and just get through the paperwork. There’s no big secret to how we operate, we just show up and do the work that needs doing for the people around here. We hope to stay here for many more years.
