Smcc Construction India Ltd

Our place is at I 143 in Garhwali Mohalla, right in Laxmi Nagar. If you’ve ever been to this part of Delhi, you know how packed it is. We’ve been running Smcc Construction India Ltd from this location, and it’s always a bit chaotic. There’s always someone coming in or going out with a set of keys or a work order. We do a lot of small and medium projects around the city. It’s mostly about managing people and making sure the supplies don't disappear. We aren't a corporate giant with a shiny tower. We are just a local outfit in a busy neighborhood. The office is usually loud with people talking or the TV in the corner. We don't have a dress code; we just wear what’s comfortable for a construction site. Most of our time is spent trying to figure out why a shipment is late or how to fix a mistake someone made on-site. It is a lot of problem-solving. We don't have a "mission" or anything like that. We just want to get the job finished so we can move on to the next one. We’ve lived and worked in Delhi for a long time, so we are used to the pace. It’s a tough business, but we know the streets and we know the work. That’s enough for us. We just stick to what we know and try to stay organized.
