Smart Vision Buildtech Pvt Ltd is based in Rishabh Vihar, specifically at office number 303 in Pratishtha Sadan. We are located on Plot Number 2 in the L.S.C area. Our work involves a lot of construction and technical planning. We spend a lot of time looking at site plans and talking to engineers. The office is usually pretty busy with people coming in to discuss projects. We have been in the 110092 area for a while now. It’s a decent place to work from, though the parking in the local shopping center can be a bit of a headache during peak hours. We are a small group of people who just want to get the projects finished on time. We don't have any big mission statements or corporate slogans. We just look at the work that needs doing and try to find a way to get it done. Sometimes things don't go exactly as planned, like when a delivery is late or the weather gets bad, but we just deal with it as it comes. It’s practical, everyday work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy office; we just need a place to keep our files and meet with clients. It’s a straightforward business and we like it that way. Most of our days are spent on the phone or checking over lists to make sure we haven't missed anything important for the current build.
