You can find us over at 63-B in Pocket R, which is part of the DDA flats area in Delhi. It is a quiet little corner compared to the rest of the city. Since we are in the paper business, the office is usually filled with the smell of old files and fresh reams. We aren't a massive operation with glass walls; it’s more of a traditional setup where everyone knows each other’s names. We spend a lot of time coordinating between the mill and the people who need the paper. There are always stacks of samples sitting around on the floor because we run out of shelf space pretty quickly. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it feels quite relaxed during the middle of the day. We have been here for quite some time, and the furniture has some scratches to prove it. Dealing with paper means you have to be careful about the humidity in Delhi, especially when the monsoon hits. We spend our mornings checking orders and making sure the distribution is on track. It isn't a high-tech environment. We still use a lot of paper notebooks ourselves even though everything is moving to computers. It just feels more natural that way. We don't have any big speeches to give about what we do. We just make sure the paper gets where it needs to go every single day.
