We started this because we wanted to do something in the hospitality space that felt more personal. We aren’t a big hotel with hundreds of rooms. Instead, we deal with things on a smaller scale. Being in Mayur Vihar is nice because you get that neighborhood feel where people actually recognize each other. Our office is just a regular space where we plan out how to take care of our visitors. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking emails to make sure everyone's arrival goes okay. It’s not always glamorous work. There is a lot of cleaning, fixing broken taps, and making sure the kitchen has what it needs. We’ve had some long days here, especially when the weather gets really hot in the summer and the AC needs extra attention. We just try to keep things simple. No one here is wearing a tuxedo.
