Being over here in J-43, Laxmi Nagar means we are right in the middle of all the noise and traffic. It’s a typical trading setup where we spend a lot of our time on the phone or checking lists. The office is usually full of papers and we have coffee mugs sitting on almost every flat surface. We’ve been operating under the Silver Spin name for a while, and honestly, it’s just a group of us trying to stay organized. Some days are more chaotic than others, especially when the deliveries arrive late and everyone is trying to figure out where the inventory went. Laxmi Nagar is always crowded, so just getting into work in the morning can be a bit of a struggle. We’ve gotten used to the sound of horns outside our window. It’s just how it is in this part of town. We handle the trading side of things and try not to let the paperwork get too backed up, though it happens anyway. Our furniture is a bit mismatched and the floor could probably use a good scrub, but we are here to work, not to look pretty. Most of us live nearby, so we walk home when the sun starts going down. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t have any big meetings or complicated plans. We just see what needs doing and we do it. Every day is pretty much the same, just keeping the gears turning.
