Shivam Netralaya

Shivam Netralaya is on the first floor of building 53-A, right on the Patparganj Main Road in Pandav Nagar. We are easy to find because we are directly opposite the Mother Dairy Bus Stand. It’s a very busy spot with buses and people moving around all day long. Being on the first floor means you have to walk up a bit, but it’s a decent space once you’re inside. We focus on eyes. Whether it’s getting someone their first pair of glasses or checking why their vision is getting blurry, we handle it. The place isn't very large, but we’ve managed to fit in the necessary testing equipment. It can get a bit loud with the bus stand right there, but we are used to the noise. People usually drop in while they are waiting for their bus or after doing their grocery shopping at the dairy. It’s a practical location for the locals. We don't have any fancy corporate slogans. We just open the doors in the morning and see who needs help. Sometimes it’s a kid who can’t see the blackboard at school, and other times it’s someone older with cataracts. We’ve been here for a while and most people in Pandav Nagar know where the eye clinic is. It’s a straightforward operation. We just try to make sure everyone leaves seeing a bit clearer than when they arrived. It's a modest place doing honest work.
