We are a smaller outfit, dealing with local projects and renovations in the area. The office has a few chairs for clients and a lot of maps and site plans pinned to the walls with thumb tacks. There is usually a bit of dust because there is always construction happening somewhere nearby. We talk to a lot of families who are looking to fix up their homes or builders looking for a bit of help with the paperwork and local rules.
