We are based in Pocket A-3 of Mayur Vihar Phase III. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it feels a bit different than the industrial areas. We have been working out of this spot at 75G for a while. Logistics is what we do, which mostly means we are constantly dealing with trucks and delivery schedules. Delhi summers are tough, especially when we are out on the street checking the cargo. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls. It’s just a practical space where we can get the work done. We handle a lot of local stuff and things coming in from other states. The roads around here can get pretty tight with all the parked cars and rickshaws. We have to be careful when the bigger vehicles come in. Our team is small and we all know each other well. We spend a lot of time looking at shipping labels and making sure addresses are correct. Sometimes people stop by just to ask for directions. We don't mind. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just making sure things get from point A to point B without too much fuss. It's a lot of coordination and sometimes things go wrong, like a flat tire or a late driver. We just fix it and move on. That’s the reality of the business here. We keep a stash of water bottles in the corner for the drivers. It helps with the heat.
