Sharpline Builders & Developers is based in Vir Nagar, right at House No 159. We are quite close to Azad Market, which is always packed with people and traffic. If you know the area, you know how busy it gets near Karkardooma Court too. Our office is right in the middle of all that noise and energy. We have been doing building and development work from this location for quite a while now. It is a family-run kind of setup, so things are pretty casual around here. You will usually find one of us sitting at the front desk or out on a site somewhere nearby. We do not use any big marketing firms to talk for us. It is just us. The house itself is an older building, but it works for what we need. We spend a lot of our time looking at maps and plans or talking to contractors on the phone. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the blueprints lying around. We try to keep things organized, but when we have several projects going at once, it gets a bit hectic. People stop by to ask about plots or construction quite often. We just tell them how it is without any sales talk. It is a regular business day for us, starting early and usually finishing late when the market starts to quiet down a bit. It is a tough business but we enjoy doing it.
