Shanti Mukant Hospital

We are over here at 2 Institutional Area on Vikesh Marg Extension. This part of Delhi is always on the go, and Shanti Mukant Hospital is right in the thick of it. We have been working out of this building for a long time. It’s a solid structure, though the paint is peeling a bit in the back hallways. We don’t let that bother us much because the work we do inside is what matters. We see a lot of local residents from the extension area. Our days usually start early and end late. There is always something to be cleaned or a patient who needs checking on. We don’t have a massive reception desk with a dozen people working there. It’s usually just one or two of us handling the phones and the people walking in. We try to be direct and honest with everyone. If a wait is going to be long, we just say so. We don't have those fancy automated systems for everything; we still use a lot of paper and pens. It feels more personal that way, even if it’s a bit old-fashioned. The doctors here have their own ways of doing things, and we’ve all learned to work around each other. We just want to keep the place running smoothly so the people in this part of Delhi have a hospital they can rely on for their daily health needs.
