Sgn Universal Construction Co. Pvt Ltd. is located at F-12 in East Vinod Nagar. We’re right here in Delhi 110091, which is a pretty crowded spot but very central for what we do. Our office isn't huge, but it fits us just fine. We have been working out of East Vinod Nagar for quite some time now. Most of the people working here live nearby, so we don't have to deal with the longest commutes in the world. Being in Delhi, there is always a lot of noise from the street, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We aren't the kind of company that has a receptionist in a suit. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it. We keep our tools and our paperwork in the same general area, which might look messy to some, but we know where everything is. Construction is hard work, and we don't try to sugarcoat it. We spend our days coordinating with crews and making sure the supplies arrive on time. Sometimes things go wrong, and we have to stay late to fix them. That’s just part of the job. We don’t use big words to describe what we do. We just build things and try to keep our clients happy without making a big fuss. It’s a simple operation at F-12, and we like keeping it that way. We just keep our heads down and work.
