Ambrish Kumar Seth is the person who handles things around here. It’s not a big corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a regular apartment where we’ve set up our desks and computers. Vikas Marg is a really loud street with a lot of traffic, so we hear horns all day, but you stop noticing it after a while. We don't have a lot of people working here, just a small, tight crew. We handle all the work ourselves without any fancy departments or middle managers. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just show up, see what needs to be done, and do it. It’s a very straightforward way to earn a living. Sometimes we order food from the local places around Shakarpur and just eat at our desks. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India. We just want to do our job well and keep things moving. Ambrish keeps us organized, but it’s a relaxed atmosphere most of the time. We’ve been here for a bit and we like the neighborhood. It’s practical and it works for what we do every day. We just stay focused on the tasks we have.
