Our setup is over in West Vinod Nagar, on Street Number 9. It’s a residential-style area that has a lot of small businesses mixed in. Our office is in block D, and it’s a pretty simple space. We handle export stuff, mostly focusing on the logistics and the administrative side of moving goods. It’s not a fancy office with big glass windows. Instead, we have solid walls, some old desks, and a lot of shelving for all our records. We like it here because it’s a bit more relaxed than the huge commercial hubs, though the traffic in East Delhi can still be a bit much during rush hour. We are just a small team of people who know how to get things from point A to point B. A lot of our day is spent making sure the numbers on the invoices match the numbers on the packing lists. It sounds boring to some, but it’s what keeps the business running. We have our tea breaks and talk about the news or the weather. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when we have multiple shipments going out at the same time, but we manage to get it sorted. We’ve built up a good routine over the years. We don't use any fancy software or big corporate systems, just our computers and our experience. It’s a honest day’s work in a neighborhood we’ve grown to like over time. We just keep our heads down and finish the day.
