Sant Kabir Foundation

Sant Kabir Foundation is located over in Ganesh Nagar, at number 00. It is a simple place in a simple neighborhood. We don't have any big signs or fancy lights. It is just an old building where we have set up shop. The area around Ganesh Nagar is pretty busy with local shops and people moving about, so there is always something going on outside our window. Inside, we try to keep things calm. We are inspired by the ideas of Kabir, but we aren't a religious group or anything like that. We just think there is a lot of wisdom in keeping things simple and being kind to your neighbors. Our daily routine involves a lot of sitting around and talking about how we can help the local community. We don't have a lot of equipment, just the basics to keep the office running. Sometimes the roof leaks a little when the monsoon hits hard, but we have got buckets for that. It is not a corporate environment at all. We might be drinking tea and discussing a project one minute and then helping someone from the street the next. We have been here for a bit now, and we have become part of the local scenery. We aren't looking to grow into some massive foundation with branches everywhere. We just want to do our bit right here in Ganesh Nagar and see where it takes us.
