Sankh India

Sankh India is tucked away in Gagan Vihar, specifically at number 207. We are right off Vikas Marg, which is one of those roads in Delhi that never seems to go quiet. Our office is in a residential-style building that has been converted for business use over many years. It’s not the easiest place to find if you aren't looking for it, but we like the privacy. Inside, the space is divided into a few small, functional rooms. There is a lot of paper everywhere—invoices, notes, and old files stacked in the corners. We aren't big on digital filing for everything yet; we still like having physical copies of things. The furniture is a mix of stuff we’ve picked up over time. Nothing matches, but everything works well enough for us. My desk is near the window, so I get to watch the traffic on Vikas Marg when I need a quick break. We have a small pantry where we make tea several times a day to keep us going. It’s a quiet atmosphere for the most part, except when the phones start ringing off the hook. We handle our own calls and paperwork without a big staff to help out. Most people who work here live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad. It’s just a straightforward, no-nonsense operation. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and go home when the day is finished.
