We are located right near the Vishal Mega Mart on G T Road in Laxmi Nagar. It’s a busy area, so there is always noise from the traffic outside. Sanjushil Realtors And Developers Private Limited is run by us, and you’ll usually find Sushil Kumar or one of the other family members around the office. We started this because we knew the local land and building scene around here pretty well. It’s not a corporate setup with glass walls. It’s more of a practical place where we keep our maps and site plans. Dealing with property on GT Road means we meet all sorts of people. Some are looking for a small plot, others want something bigger for a shop. We just sit down, have some tea, and talk through what’s actually possible. Akhilesh Pandey’s son handles a lot of the day-to-day stuff now. We’ve lived in this area for a long time, so we don’t need a GPS to find the spots we’re talking about. The work involves a lot of back-and-forth with records and making sure everything is legal and clear. It’s slow work sometimes, but that’s just how it goes with real estate. We don't use big words or try to act like we’re something we aren't. We’re just a local business trying to do right by the people who live in Laxmi Nagar. Most afternoons are spent just catching up on calls and checking that the files are in order for the next day.
