Sanjeevan Clinic

Sanjeevan Clinic is a small place located at Ed 47 in New Ashok Nagar. This part of Delhi - 110096 is always moving, and our clinic is right in the middle of it. We’ve been here for a while, seeing the same families grow up. It’s a basic medical spot. We don't have fancy equipment or a big lobby with a TV. There are just some plastic chairs and a desk where we keep our patient files. People come in when they have a fever or need a quick checkup before work. We try to be fast because we know everyone is busy. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. It’s more important that we are here when someone feels sick. Our staff is just two people who live nearby. We know most of the shopkeepers on this street. Sometimes it gets crowded in the evenings when people are coming home from the metro. We just keep our heads down and do the work. There isn't any big philosophy behind it; we just wanted a place where the local folks could get help without traveling too far. It’s a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but you get used to it after a week. We’re just a regular part of New Ashok Nagar.
