Our office is located at D-359-A, on the third floor in Ganesh Nagar. It is part of the Pandav Nagar Complex here in New Delhi. Sandhill Import And Export Private Limited is what we call it. We mostly handle moving goods around, which involves a lot of phone calls and even more emails. The stairs up to the third floor can be a bit much if you are carrying heavy files, but it keeps us moving. We are not a flashy company. There are no marble floors here, just some desks and a lot of coffee mugs scattered around. We started this business because we wanted to be our own bosses. It has been a learning curve, especially with all the new regulations that keep popping up. We do not have a team of experts; we just learn as we go. Sometimes we stay late to finish up paperwork for a morning shipment. It is just the reality of the job we chose. We do not make big claims about being the best. We just do the work that needs doing. Most of our clients are people we have known for a long time. They know we are honest and that we will tell them if something goes wrong. We are just a small local outfit trying to make a living in the city. No fluff, just work.
