We are based on the second floor of F-197A in Mangal Bazar. It is a very lively area right on the edge of Delhi and Haryana, so there is always a lot of noise and people moving about outside. We have been running Samiah International Builders from this spot for a while. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our files and meet with the guys before heading out to the sites. Since we are near the border, we end up doing work in both Delhi and the surrounding areas. The market days are the busiest, and sometimes it is a real struggle just to find a place to park the motorbike. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy stuff for us. We just know how to build things and that is what we do every day. Sometimes the power cuts out and we have to sit in the dark for a bit, but we usually just use that time to talk about the next day's plans. We take on all sorts of building projects, whatever people need. It’s a bit dusty in the office because of all the construction talk, but it feels like home to us. We just try to be honest and get the walls up straight. There isn't much more to it than that, just regular building work.
