Our office is tucked away at I-154 in Laxmi Nagar, which is right near Lalita Park in Delhi. Having the park nearby is a bit of a landmark for people trying to find us. Laxmi Nagar is a very busy, crowded part of the city, and our street is no exception. We are in the business of moving things, so there’s always a lot of activity around the place. We have trucks coming in and out, and people dropping off packages. It’s not a very quiet environment, but that’s just how it is in this line of work. The office itself is pretty functional. We have some old desks and a lot of logbooks. We don't go for the polished, high-end look because that’s not who we are. We are just local people working hard to keep the logistics moving. Sometimes the weather in Delhi makes things difficult, like when it’s pouring rain and the streets flood, but we still try to get everything out on time. We don't have any fancy speeches about our goals. We just want to make sure the boxes get where they’re supposed to go. It’s a lot of manual work and checking lists over and over. You’ll usually find us with a cup of tea in hand, trying to figure out the best way to get a shipment through the city traffic. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but we get it done eventually.
