We have been here at New Ashok Nagar for a while now. The office is in Block A, right at Bidyapati Koner A-296. It’s a busy spot in Delhi. People come in all day asking about their boxes. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it is quiet enough to hear the traffic outside. We mostly handle the heavy lifting. Moving things from one part of the country to another is what we do every day. It gets dusty around here, especially in the summer. We don't have fancy furniture or a big lobby. It’s just a place where work happens. The guys in the back are always loading something. New Ashok Nagar is a tight squeeze for some of the trucks, but we make it work. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years. Some people have been working here since the start. It is not always easy with the Delhi heat, but we stay open. If you walk past Bidyapati Koner, you will see our sign. We keep track of everything on paper and computers. It’s a lot of coordination. You have to make sure the driver knows where he is going. Sometimes the rain slows things down, especially when the roads get muddy. But we just keep going. It is honest work. We don't try to be anything we are not. We just move stuff from point A to point B. It’s been our life for years. We know the roads around here very well.
