S P Singla Construction Pvt. Ltd. is located over in Pandav Nagar, Delhi. We are right on the ground floor at B-182, care of Manikant Kumar. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to drop by, though we are usually pretty buried in work. Delhi is a fast place, and Pandav Nagar is no different. There is always noise from the street and people passing by the window. Our office is a bit cramped because we have so many drawings and records kept in there. The 110092 area is where we have set up our base. We do not have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It is just a room where we get the planning done before we head out to the sites. Sometimes the lighting isn't the best, and we have to use extra lamps to see the fine print on the contracts. We have been here for a while and we know the local shops and where to get a quick lunch. It is a very hands-on kind of business. We do not use a lot of big words or have long meetings that go nowhere. We just look at what needs to be built and figure out the best way to do it with what we have. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes we are even here on Sundays if a deadline is coming up fast.
