RUNTACK NIDHI LIMITED is located on the second floor of the Shree Shyam Complex, specifically in Room No. 203. The building is H-27 in Laxmi Nagar, which is a very busy area, especially being so close to Shri Sai Mandir. Finding us isn't too hard once you get into the complex and find the stairs. We are a small team that handles the money side of things for local members. It’s a bit of a walk up to the second floor, but it’s quieter up here away from the street noise. The room is filled with records and the computers we use for our daily work. We aren't big on decorations. We have the necessary furniture and that’s about it. Most of our day is spent talking to people who come in to check their balances or pay in some cash. Laxmi Nagar is full of life, and our office reflects that. We see all kinds of people every day. We don't use scripts when we talk to folks. If there’s a problem, we just sit down and try to figure it out together. It’s a very hands-on way of doing things. We’ve been in this room for a while now. It serves its purpose well for the work we do. We focus on the daily tasks and making sure everyone’s money is accounted for correctly by the time we close up and head home.
