Our place is on Mandoli Road over in Ashok Nagar, Shahdara. If you are looking for us, we are at A-45/1 in Street Number 4. It is a typical Delhi street, narrow and always full of life. You can hear kids playing and scooters zooming past the door all day long. We started this logistics business because we knew the area well and saw how much stuff needed to be moved around this part of the city. The office itself is quite small but we make it work. We have a couple of computers and a lot of registers where we write everything down. Sometimes it feels like we are drowning in paper, but that is how we keep track of the deliveries. The 110093 area is a hub of small businesses, so we are always talking to neighbors about their transport needs. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people walking in or calling because they saw our sign on the road. The street gets a bit muddy when it rains, and that can slow things down, but we just deal with it. It is a very local operation and we like it that way. We know the drivers by name and we know which routes are blocked by the local markets. It is just a regular job for us, making sure things get from point A to point B.
