Rites Ltd.

Operating out of Prayag Apartments, specifically Flat No. 27 in the B-1 block, keeps us right in the heart of Vasundhra Enclave. It’s a typical Delhi setup where the office and the residential vibe kind of mix together. Rites Ltd. has been here for some time, and while being in a flat means space can get a little tight when everyone is in, we make it work. The 110096 area is busy, but the apartment complex itself stays relatively calm. We spend a lot of our time looking over drawings or coordinating stuff over the phone. You won't find any fancy glass walls or shiny lobbies here. It is just a place where we sit, drink a lot of chai, and get through the daily tasks. Finding the right flat can be tricky for newcomers because the numbering in Delhi is always a bit confusing, but once you’re in, it’s just a standard workspace. We have some old filing cabinets and a few computers that have seen better days. It is a bit lived-in, honestly. The balcony gives us a little bit of air when things get too stuffy inside. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the decor. We just focus on the projects and making sure the numbers add up at the end of the day. It is a simple life for us, really. We just come in, do what needs doing, and then head home for the evening.
