Rising Projects India Pvt Ltd has its office over in Savita Vihar, specifically on the second floor of the Ajnara Complex. It’s building number 12 in the local shopping centre area. If you are taking the bus, we are right near the Yojna Vihar Bus Stand, which makes the commute fairly easy for the staff. The complex itself is always buzzing with people going to the different shops downstairs. We have been in this part of Delhi for some time and like the neighborhood feel. The office isn't huge, but it fits our team just fine. We spend most of our hours looking at project files and talking on the phone. It can get a bit hectic on Monday mornings when everyone is trying to organize the week. The view from the second floor isn't much, just the tops of other buildings and the street below. We keep a small kettle for tea which gets a lot of use throughout the day. Getting lunch is easy because there are plenty of small eateries around Savita Vihar. We aren't into fancy decorations; it's mostly just desks, chairs, and stacks of folders. It’s a working office through and through. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so most of us just take the stairs to the second floor. It keeps us moving. It is a decent place to spend the workday and we just try to keep things moving along.
