Rico Auto Industries Ltd

Our place is over at A-846 in the G. D. Colony area of Kondli. It’s part of Ur Vihar-Iii in New Delhi. This is an industrial pocket, so the air usually smells like metal and oil. Rico Auto Industries Ltd has been operating out of this spot for quite a while. The building isn't much to look at from the outside, just a standard industrial unit with a heavy door. Inside, it’s mostly workspace with some machines and a small corner for the office stuff. We have a lot of metal parts lying around in bins. It’s loud during the day when everything is running, so you have to talk pretty loud to be heard. We don't have fancy carpets or glass walls. It’s concrete floors and sturdy metal desks. The guys here have been working together for a long time, so we all know the routine. In the winter, the shop floor gets pretty cold, and in the summer, it’s like an oven. We just drink plenty of water and keep going. Getting to Kondli can be a headache with the Delhi traffic, but once you’re here, it’s just about getting the parts moved and the orders filled. We handle a lot of logistics from this small office. It’s a gritty, hardworking environment without any of the corporate fluff. We just focus on the manufacturing and making sure the trucks get loaded on time. It is what it is.
