You can find us at 35, Govind Khand in Vishwakarma Nagar. It’s a busy area, mostly full of small workshops and people making things. There is always a bit of dust in the air because of the work being done around us. Our building is a simple one, nothing that stands out from the rest of the street. Inside, it’s mostly open space with some heavy benches and storage racks. We deal with materials that aren’t exactly light, so there is a lot of lifting and moving things around. Our clothes usually end up a bit dirty by the end of the shift, but that’s just how it goes here. We don’t have a fancy office upstairs or anything. Our desks are right there near the action so we can see what’s happening. The floor is concrete, and it’s seen better days, but it holds up. We have a small corner where we keep the kettle for tea, which is the most important part of the morning. It’s a noisy place with the sounds of tools and traffic, but we like the energy. We aren't here to impress anyone with a polished image. We’re just here to work with our hands and get the orders out to the people who need them. It’s honest, hard work in a part of the city that never really sleeps.
