We are based at B-42 in the Jhilmil Industrial Area. It’s a pretty standard industrial spot, lots of brick buildings and narrow lanes filled with delivery vans. Rashmi Glasics Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this unit for a long time. We work with glass and related materials. It’s a bit of a delicate business, as you can imagine, so we have to be careful with how we handle things. The floor of the workshop is usually covered in a bit of dust, and we have to wear sturdy boots to stay safe. It gets quite loud when the cutting machines are running, but it’s the sound of work getting done. We have a small office tucked into one corner where we keep our records and talk to customers. It’s not a fancy setup, but it’s functional. Most of our staff have been here for years, so they know exactly what they’re doing. We don't spend money on big advertisements. Most of our customers come to us because they’ve worked with us before or someone they know told them about us. Jhilmil can be a bit of a maze if you aren't familiar with it, but once you find B-42, you’ll see we’re always busy. Sometimes we have to work late to finish a big order, but that’s just how it goes in this industry. We don't mind the hard work. We just focus on making sure the glass is cut right and the customers are generally okay with what they get from us.
