We've got our office in the Ashish Complex at Mayur Vihar Phase-I. It’s a busy local shopping center area, so there’s always people moving around outside and the sound of horns. Our unit is F-301. It’s not a massive warehouse, just a decent-sized office where we handle the export side of things. There are files everywhere, stacked on desks and in old metal cabinets. We have a few computers that are always running, and the printer usually has a jam we have to fix once a day. It’s not a corporate skyscraper. It’s just a floor in a complex with a lot of other small businesses. We spend our days talking to suppliers and checking on shipments. Sometimes the lift in the building doesn't work, so we have to take the stairs, which is a bit of a workout for us. We don't wear suits or anything fancy. Just comfortable clothes for a long day of work. The tea lady comes by twice a day, and that’s usually when we take a short break to talk. We’ve been at this for some time now. We know how the local market works and how to get things through the customs paperwork without too much trouble. It’s mostly just grit and staying on top of the details. Rams Export Pvt. Ltd. is just a small team of us trying to keep everything moving smoothly. We don't have a big sign out front, just our name on the door. It’s a simple life.
