Raj Export

We run Raj Export from our office in Pushpanjali, which is part of the Anand Vihar area. We are located at C-11/105. It’s a relatively quiet neighborhood compared to the big markets in the city, which makes it a nice place to get our work done. We use this space to manage all our export business. Most of the work is administrative, like keeping track of shipments and making sure the orders are moving along. We have a couple of rooms that are mostly filled with files and samples of the products we deal with. It isn’t a flashy office with modern furniture or glass walls. We just have some regular desks and chairs and a couple of old computers that we use for the paperwork. Our team is very small, just a few of us who have worked together for years. We usually sit and have tea in the afternoon while we talk about the schedule for the next week. Anand Vihar is a good location because it is well-connected to the rest of Delhi, though the traffic near the bus terminal can be quite bad at times. We don’t really do any formal marketing. Most of our clients have been with us for a long time and they just give us a call when they have an order. We just try to stay organized and do a decent job every day.
