Raheja Auto Industries

Our spot is at A 7 in the Patparganj Industrial Area, right on the main road. It makes it easy for the trucks to get in and out, but it also means we deal with a lot of dust and noise from the passing traffic. Raheja Auto Industries is basically a big workshop filled with the sound of metal and air tools. There is always a smell of oil and burnt metal in the air, which is pretty standard for an auto shop. We have parts stacked in bins along the walls and heavy workbenches that have been bolted to the floor for decades. The floor is concrete and stays cold in the winter, which makes for some long mornings. We have a small office partitioned off in the corner, but mostly we are out on the floor with the guys. It is a hands-on kind of business. We spend our time looking over diagrams and checking the parts coming off the line. There is no marketing team here, just us making sure the orders are packed right and the machines do not break down. We get a lot of people just dropping by because they saw the sign while driving past on the main road. It is a busy, oily, loud environment, but it is where we have been for a long time and we know every corner of the place.
