Quick N Safe Logistics

You can find us over at House 31 on Street 3 in Radheypuri Extn. It's a small neighborhood in New Delhi-110051 where everyone kind of knows each other. We started this logistics thing because we saw how much stuff needed moving in this part of the city. It’s not a huge corporation with thousands of employees. It is just a handful of us working out of this space. We handle a lot of local deliveries and sometimes stuff going further out. The street can get pretty narrow, so it’s always a bit of a challenge when the larger vehicles come through. We spend our mornings organizing the routes and our afternoons making sure everything actually got delivered. There is always something going on, whether it's a misplaced package or a truck that broke down. We just fix it and keep moving. We didn’t want to be in a big, cold office building, so staying here in Radheypuri feels right. It's more personal. People drop by sometimes just to ask a question or check on a delivery. We don't use any big words or complicated systems. We just use what works. It’s a lot of manual tracking and honest work. We’ve been here for a few years and the local shopkeepers are our friends. It is a humble operation, but we stay busy every day of the week. There is always a pot of tea going and some paperwork to finish before the sun goes down.
