Our clinic is in Shop 11 at the CSC-1 DDA market. If you know where St. Andrews Scots School is in Madhu Vihar, we are right across from it. It's a handy spot for people living in Patparganj. We’ve been operating out of this market for some time now. It’s a typical local shop-style clinic, nothing too big or formal. People come in with all sorts of minor health issues. We see a lot of families because of the school nearby. Sometimes it gets a little loud when school lets out, but we don’t mind. It feels like part of the neighborhood. We don't have any big corporate backing, just a small team working out of a DDA market shop. It’s honest work. We spend our days talking to patients and trying to figure out what's bothering them. The market is usually busy, so there’s always something going on outside our door. We’ve tried to make the inside comfortable, though it’s definitely not a luxury lounge. It’s just a place to get medical help when you need it. We’ve stayed in Madhu Vihar because the people here are good. It’s nice being part of the local routine for so many families. Most of our patients live within walking distance. We just keep the doors open and do what we can every day. It is a simple setup for simple medical needs.
