Premwati Mamraj Singh Foundation

Harsh Vihar is one of those places where everyone kind of knows everyone else. Our foundation, named Premwati Mamraj Singh Foundation, is located right on Gali No-12. If you know the area, you know it’s mostly houses and small shops. We operate out of H. NO- A-1/366. It’s a real home-based feeling here. We didn't want to go to some big office park because this is where the people are. Most days, someone is stopping by for a chat or to ask for advice on something local. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If the bell rings, one of us just goes to the door. It’s a bit informal, maybe even a little messy sometimes with all the files stacked up, but we know where everything is. We started this because we wanted to give back to the neighborhood that we live in. It’s not about being famous or having a big name. We just handle the small stuff that adds up. Sometimes the street gets crowded or noisy, but that’s just part of being in Delhi. We keep our overhead low so we can focus on the actual help. It’s honest work. We don't use big words to describe it. We just try to be good neighbors and do right by the people around us in Harsh Vihar.
