It’s a lively part of East Delhi, for sure. Getting into Gali 10 can be a bit of a squeeze if there’s a delivery truck or a rickshaw in the way, but that’s just life here. Our office is a simple place where we manage everything. It’s not some big glass building; it’s just a regular house turned into a working space. We have a few rooms filled with boxes and papers because there’s always something to do. The neighborhood is noisy, and there’s always the smell of street food drifting in from the main road. We’ve been here long enough that we don't even notice the sounds anymore. Our staff is mostly locals who know these lanes like the back of their hand. We don't really have a mission statement printed on the wall or anything like that. We just know what we need to do each day for the foundation and we try to get it finished. Sometimes we sit on the steps outside for a break just to watch the world go by. It’s a very practical, down-to-earth way to run things, and it suits us perfectly. We like being part of this neighborhood.
