You can find us in Dilshad Colony, right near the New Creations Public School. Being near a school means the mornings are quite loud with kids and buses, but things settle down once classes start. We are in the B-53/A-2 block. It is a typical Delhi neighborhood with lots of houses and small businesses mixed together. Our office is simple. We have the usual desks, some old filing cabinets, and a couple of computers that have seen better days. The lighting isn't the brightest, but it works for our needs. Most of the people working here have been around for a long time. We know the local chai wallah and where to get the best snacks in the afternoon. The stairs in the building are a bit narrow, so you have to be careful if you are carrying boxes or files. We handle a lot of logistics and paperwork every day. It is not a glamorous job, but it is what we do. The neighborhood has its own rhythm. We see the same faces every day walking past the entrance. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, and we just wait it out or use the backup if it is working. It is a lived-in space. Nothing is too shiny or new, but it is comfortable enough for the team to get through the workload. We just focus on getting the tasks done one by one until the day is over.
