Pioneer Plastic Industries Ltd.

Our place is over in Mayur Vihar Phase III, specifically at Flat No: 9 G in Pocket B 3. Pioneer Plastic Industries Ltd. is tucked away in this part of Delhi, and it’s a pretty lively neighborhood. We don’t have a big factory floor right here in the flat, it’s more where the administrative side of things happens. It gets a bit cramped sometimes when we have all the files out, but we make it work. The area is full of people going about their business, and we are just one part of that. Being in a residential-style block means we know our neighbors and see the same faces every morning. We don’t go in for fancy signs or bright lights. It’s just a regular door with our name on it. Most of the day is spent coordinating deliveries and talking to suppliers. The traffic in Delhi can be a nightmare, so we spend a lot of time planning around it. It’s a practical way to run things. We’ve seen the phases of Mayur Vihar grow and change, and we’ve just stayed here doing our bit. There isn't any corporate polish here. Just desks, some old chairs, and a lot of focus on getting the plastic business handled properly. We keep the windows open when the weather is nice, and try to keep things running as smoothly as possible throughout the week for the sake of the work.
