Panacea Clinic

We’ve been here at Shop No-10 in Hargobind Enclave for quite some time now. Most people around Anand Vihar probably know the spot by now. It’s not a huge place, just a regular clinic where we try to keep things moving. I remember when we first opened, the street looked a bit different, but the vibe is still the same. Every morning we open up the shutters, sweep the front, and get ready for whoever walks through the door. Sometimes it’s busy, sometimes it’s quiet, you never really know. The neighbors in the other shops are good people, we often share a tea when things slow down in the afternoon. It gets a bit dusty with the traffic outside, but that’s just how it is in this part of Delhi. We don’t have fancy waiting rooms or anything like that, just some chairs and the usual stuff you’d expect. The staff is mostly local, so they know the shortcuts around the enclave and which food stalls are actually decent for lunch. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road if you don’t know where you’re going, but once you find us, it’s pretty straightforward. We try to keep the files organized, though sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desk more than I’d like. It's just a regular day-to-day operation here at Panacea Clinic, nothing too complicated about it. We just show up, do the work, and go home like everyone else.
