Pafex Licensee Of Fedex - Federal Express Corporation

We are over at X/3852-9A on Street No - 4 in Shanti Mohalla. It’s a local spot in Gandhi Nagar, Delhi - 110031. Our sign says Pafex, and we are a licensee of FedEx - Federal Express Corporation. Even though we are connected to a big name, the office feels very local and small. Shanti Mohalla is a tight-knit place. We see the same faces every day walking past the door. Inside, it’s mostly just stacks of envelopes and boxes waiting to be processed for the evening pickup. We spend our time weighing things, printing labels, and making sure the addresses are correct. It’s a lot of detail work that keeps us on our toes. Sometimes the printer jams and we all have to take a minute to fix it together. We don't have a corporate vibe here at all. We talk to our customers like neighbors because many of them actually are. There’s no script we follow when people walk in. If someone has a problem with a delivery, we just try to figure it out with them. The office gets a lot of sunlight in the afternoon, which makes it pretty hot, but we have a couple of good fans going. We keep things simple. We don't make big promises or use marketing speak to impress people. We just take the packages, scan them in, and send them on their way. It’s a steady job in a busy part of Delhi, and we like it that way.
