Ossam Clinic

We’ve been here at F-6/9 Mandir Marg in Block F of Krishna Nagar for a while now. Most people around here know the spot. It’s just a regular clinic where we see folks coming in with all kinds of basic health stuff. Some days it’s really busy and the chairs in the waiting area stay full, other times it’s quiet enough to hear the fan hum. We keep the place clean, or at least we try really hard between patients. Being on Mandir Marg means there’s always some noise from the street, but you get used to it. Usually, we are just busy checking temperatures or writing out notes. It isn't a fancy place with high-tech screens everywhere. It is more about having a place where people can walk in when they aren't feeling right. We spend a lot of time just talking to neighbors who come in for their checkups. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of the good pens, but we get by. The neighborhood has changed a lot over the years, but the clinic stays pretty much the same. We have a few rooms for exams and a desk where we keep all the files. Most of our day is just spent making sure everyone gets seen. It’s a job like any other, really. We see people from all over Krishna Nagar. It’s just how things go here at Ossam Clinic. We keep the door open and wait for the next person to walk in.
