Optacraft Engineering Private Limited is located at WA-83, Shop No-07 in Shakarpur. It’s a small shop unit, but it’s where we do all our engineering work. Being in a shop means we are right on the street level, so people often peek in to see what we are doing. It’s not a big factory or a high-rise office. It’s just a practical space where we can focus on the technical stuff. We have our tools and our computers all in one place. Shakarpur is a busy area, so there’s always a lot of noise and dust from the road, but we don't mind it much anymore. We’ve set up the shop so that everything is within reach. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when we have parts or equipment delivered, but we find a way to fit it all in. We aren't a massive company with a lot of departments. It’s just a few of us who know about engineering and wanted to have our own place. We do our own work, answer our own phones, and try to keep things moving. There’s no marketing team or anything like that here. We just let the work speak for itself. It’s a simple, honest setup in East Delhi. We spend most of our time troubleshooting and making sure everything is running the way it should. It’s just what we do every day.
