One Dream Fitness

One Dream Fitness is located on the 13-, Main Road in Mayur Vihar Phase 1. We are at that spot and it’s a pretty easy place to find once you get into the Acharya Niketan Market area. We are quite close to Jeevan Anmol Hospital, so that’s a good landmark if you’re coming from further away in Pratap Nagar. The gym has been here for a while and we see a lot of the same faces every morning. It’s a neighborhood spot. We have some treadmills and a decent set of dumbbells and plates. Nothing too crazy or over the top. The lighting is okay and we try to keep the music at a level where you can still hear yourself think. People mostly come here to stay fit after their office jobs or before they head out for the long day. Being near the market means it’s always lively outside with people and stalls. We don’t really do those big advertising campaigns you see on TV or in the papers. Most people just hear about us from their neighbors or friends. It can get a bit crowded around 7 PM, but everyone is pretty good about sharing the equipment and waiting their turn. The floor is rubberized so it’s not too loud when someone drops a heavy weight by accident. We are just a small group of people trying to keep this place running for the community. If you are around Mayur Vihar, you’ve probably walked past our door a dozen times.
