Octagos Infratech Private Limited runs out of a DDA flat over in Mayur Vihar Phase 1. Our address is 799, Pkt V, in the LIG section. It’s a typical East Delhi neighborhood, pretty busy with families and kids playing outside. Working from a flat means things are a bit tight sometimes, but it works for us. We don't need a huge glass building to do our infratech work. Mostly, it’s just a few of us here making sure the projects are moving along. The walls are covered with notes and calendars. We’ve lived and worked in this part of Delhi for a long time, so we know the area like the back of our hand. It can be a bit tricky for people to find the right block at first because all the buildings look similar, but once you’re here, it’s fine. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at site visits. When we’re in the office, we’re usually just trying to catch up on the paperwork side of things. It’s a quiet enough place to get work done, away from the main road noise. We don’t have any fancy signs or anything. We’re just a local business trying to do things properly and stay on top of our commitments. It’s simple, honest work and we’re happy with that. We usually leave the windows open for a breeze, even if it gets a bit dusty.
