We do have to walk up the stairs, which keeps us moving throughout the day. The office is fairly small and filled with desks and old filing cabinets. We focus on infrastructure work, which means we are usually buried under a lot of documents and site plans. We don't have a big corporate feel at all. It’s mostly just us chatting about work and drinking tea while we try to solve whatever problem came up that morning. We aren't big on slogans or trying to sound more important than we are. We just take on the projects we can handle and do our work as best as we can. Sometimes we get a lot of visitors and it gets a bit crowded in the flat, but we make it work. It’s a practical, local business environment where things are done in a simple way. We’ve been in this building for some time and the location is good for getting around East Delhi. It’s a busy place but it works for what we do every day.
