Working at Nissin Abc Logistics Pvt. Ltd. means spending a lot of time at 27-C in Pkt-2 of the New Kondli Mixed Housing Complex. It is tucked away in Mayur Vihar Phase-III in Delhi. Because it is a housing complex, it does not feel like those cold, glass-walled offices you see in the center of the city. It feels more like being part of a neighborhood. We have our desks set up and there is always a lot of activity with people coming in and out. Delhi traffic is always a mess, so we spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with drivers who are stuck somewhere. It is a lot of logistics work, which mostly means solving small problems all day long. Narendra Tyagi and the rest of us just keep things running as best as we can. We do not have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just want to make sure the items get where they are supposed to be without too much trouble. The office can get a bit cluttered with all the forms and logs we have to keep, but we know where everything is. It is a busy life here in Mayur Vihar, and there is always something that needs fixing or a call that needs making. We just take it one day at a time and try to stay on top of the schedule without getting too stressed out about it.
